Delete your Lawnsy account
You can request deletion of your Lawnsy account and associated profile information at any time.
In the app
If you can sign in, open Account Settings and choose the account deletion option.
By email
If you cannot access your account, email help@lawnsy.net from the address associated with the account. Include “Account deletion request” in the subject. We may ask you to verify that you control the account before processing the request.
Deletion is designed to remove your sign-in and associated Lawnsy profile data, photos, bookings, and reviews. We may retain limited records where law requires it or where necessary to handle disputes, fraud, safety, or security, as described in our Privacy Policy.
